Is the conference free?

Yes, it is free to attend the conference, BUT if you will require lodging in the Gainesville area, you will have to pay for your own hotel. But yes, admittance to the conference is free. Please keep following for more information.

I will be flying in from out of state. What is the closest airport?

Accepted Answer

The closest airport is the Gainesville Regional Airport (3880 NE 39th Ave A, Gainesville, FL 32609) which is about 8 minutes away from the venue.

I'm not from the Gainesville (FL) area. Do you have a list of hotels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have been to secure the Hyatt Place Gainesville Downtown as the conference lodging center.

Yes! We will have children's ministry for kids aged 5-15. Please make sure to register your children as well.
